Functional Fitness and Flexibility

This 45-minute class combines Functional Fitness with time to stretch our major muscle groups. This class will train the muscles needed for everyday activities at home, work and travel, as well as the muscles needed for all the other programs at ONE. A strong core will enhance your ability to perform most activities — from golf, running and cycling to picking up children, carrying groceries and sitting at a desk for work! The flexibility training will solidify the benefit for your posture, further reducing your risk of injury.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Athletic

LES MILLS GRIT Athletic is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sports conditioning workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This class combines powerful music and certified coaches who will motivate you to challenge yourself. Moves can be no-impact, low or high-impact. You choose! This workout has the option of a step for higher impact, if you wish. Bodyweight exercises and multi-dimensional sports conditioning training will increase your overall athletic performance: strength, agility, speed and power.


Seated Classes

Seated Classes designed specifically for those who have difficulty standing up for an entire class, due to vertigo, neuropathy, severe arthritis or other conditions.

Seated Strength is the perfect, fun, effective exercise class for those who prefer to get strong while sitting down. You have the option of using hand-weights of various sizes to get your heart rate up while strengthening and toning your arms, upper back and core. Leg movements while seated will allow you to tone the muscles in the legs while in a safe, supported position in a chair.

Seated Strike features moves inspired from from boxing, Tai Kwon Do, karate and Tai Chi. And you remain seated the entire class! Feel the benefits of punches, kicks and core work while you sit. There is great music to fight along to. You are sure to leave this class with a smile.

Seated Stretch – We all need to take more time to lengthen and strengthen our muscles. This class focuses on flexibility, which is critical for joint protection, balance and fall prevention. You may be surprised to feel some core strengthening — all the way from your shoulders down through your hips! Relax deeper and gain more flexibility during Seated Stretch.


Stretch It Out

Stretch It Out:  Improve your flexibility with this stretching & relaxation class. The effects of tight, inflexible muscles can cause increasing damage over time, putting you at risk for more injuries, swelling, pain and even whole-body fatigue! Balancing strenuous activities with regular stretching is essential to protect your bones, muscles and joints, so you can ensure your workouts are not doing more harm than good.


Box n Burn

Box n Burn: Train like a boxer, with Gloves, Mitts and Punching Bags. Stay for 30-60 minutes of boxing training, including boxing drills and punch combinations. You will see the results with focused core and endurance training that will leave you feeling empowered and strong! Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start of class so we can get you set up before class.


LES MILLS TONE

LES MILLS TONE has a 3 in 1 training style – a mix of cardio, resistance and core while playing with different training concepts to ensure everyone gets the best results from their workouts.

If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training this is it. Step into a LES MILLS TONE class and you’ll tick off a complete workout in 45 minutes. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. Also a great foundational class, LES MILLS TONE has a wide variety of options accommodating all fitness levels ensuring everyone leaves the workout feeling successful.


LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio

LES MILLS GRIT Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. LES MILLS GRIT Cardio takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.


BODYPUMP™

This addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. The key to BODYPUMP™ is THE REP EFFECT™, a breakthrough in fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads.


RPM™

RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session.
With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!
