JoAnn Dawes
JoAnn was involved in sports and athletics all through high school. While in college studying Athletic Training, she took up running and added weight training to her routine. After college, her focus was on starting a family. As a wife and mom she lost track of taking care of herself. After her youngest was born she decided that in order to be the best wife and mother she could be, she needed to pay more attention to her health. She found her way to an indoor cycling class. She discovered she loved the group atmosphere almost as much as she loved the exercise! Using the energy and support of the group to help power her through each workout helped her to stay committed. Soon enough she got certified to teach indoor cycling. From there she added certifications in several Les Mills programs, Pound Fitness and went on to become a Certified Nutrition Coach as well as a Certified Personal Trainer. Certifications: Les Mills GRIT (2017), Les Mills TONE (2018), Les Mills BODYCOMBAT (2018), Les Mills RPM (2019), Pound Fit (2020), Les Mills BODYFLOW (2021), NASM-CNC (2020), NASM-CPT (2021)

Sarah Cawrse
I am a mother of twin girls, I strive to lead by example with my girls. I started my journey with Les Mills over 10 years ago by telling my sister that I was not someone that did group fitness classes. She talked me into trying one of her classes and I was hooked! I had finally found a workout that was more fun than workout and looked forward to every day! I became certified in Les Mills BODYCOBMAT and BODYPUMP within the next two years. I am a working mother that is working her way to strong. I am so excited to continue my journey with ONE Fitness and Wellness and the amazing instructors that are becoming my family!

Tomlinson Rauscher
After competing in three sports as a student at Glens Falls High School and graduating from college, I undertook a career as a computer software executive. To complement my professional life, I competed across the U.S. and around the world as a masters athlete. Wanting to continue this avocation and maintain a high level of fitness for a long time, I undertook the study of exercise and nutrition science. What a profound difference they make on quality of life and longevity! Having taught numerous classes in a variety of exercise disciplines, I love working with seniors to optimize their functional fitness. I look forward to being part of the ONE team, providing development opportunities to the community.

Raquel Speers
Raquel is a single mom, who wants to be able to keep up with her two amazing boys. She was active in high school, but then life changed with college, adult responsibilities and starting a family. She stopped taking care of herself, focusing her energy on caring for others in her family and through her work as a Community Care Coordinator. She gained weight and became uncomfortable in her own skin. Then she recognized how much stress relief came with exercise and started a journey toward taking care of herself. Raquel became a certified Zumba instructor, which was totally outside her comfort zone. Seeking a new challenge, Raquel found Pound Fitness and fell in love with the program. She became certified to teach Pound in June 2015 and loves the full body workout with modifications to suit anyone! She now loves to teach classes and enjoys to run.
Favorite quote: “Fitness is 100% mental…your body won’t go where your mind doesn’t push it.”
Raquel says, “I love the welcoming atmosphere at ONE Fitness and Wellness and the dedication that all the instructors have toward making sure everyone is comfortable and classes are modified to fit everyone’s needs.”

Hayley Leclaire
After being a 3 season athlete as well as playing travel softball I went on to play D2 college softball. In college I pursued a degree in elementary education and now teach at my alma mater as well as coach multiple sports.
Having been part of a team for most of my life I saw the value in group fitness and that special something that happens by drawing strength from others to achieve your fitness goals. There are days that without my fitness family I wouldn’t have achieved my dreams of becoming an instructor to be able to help others realize their dreams and goals as well!

Noelle is a wife & mother. She discovered later in life that the best medicine for her chronic back pain and depressed feelings is exercise. And even later discovered that good nutrition helps too 🙂
