The goal of Functional Fitness for Active Adults is to enhance the quality of life for older adults (age 55+) through functional strengthening exercises, in an environment that prioritizes safety for you and our community.

*FUNdamental – the movements provide a basic foundation for virtually all activities you experience and enjoy
*FUNctional – the movements improve your ability to perform actions of daily life, e.g. sitting down, standing up, picking up objects off the floor
*FUN – the classes encourage participation, interaction and constant improvement through working with your peers!
You will see and feel the improvement in Balance & Stability, Cardiovascular & Respiratory Endurance, Strength, Flexibility and Coordination.
