ONE continues to collaborate with Queensbury Rec to offer your favorite programs with ONE’s experienced 1nstructor Team, in a small-group training atmosphere.

ONE welcomes you, no matter where you are in your fitness journey, to join us for our fun & effective classes. You will improve your strength, balance, stamina, core stability, and cardiovascular health, through ONE’s diverse programs. ONE’s certified 1nstructors bring fantastic music and motivation to each class, while providing modifications so your work-out suits your needs (including low and no-impact, as well as some seated options). You will leave the class feeling energized and confident – ready to come back for more.

Wake Up with ONE!

Energize your morning, with Wake Up with ONE! Classes are scheduled Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri from 5:30 – 6:15 am.

Every good training program includes a combination of cardio, strength and mind-body work. ONE alternates the training focus each morning to provide just that. Here are some examples of classes you will see: L1FT, CARD1O, M1ND, STRONG Nation® , Functional Fitness & Flexibility.

SH1FT your Fitness with ONE!

Join ONE in the evenings for SH1FT your Fitness with ONE! Classes are scheduled Mon and Wed from 5:15 – 6:00 pm.

ONE offers the right combination of cardio, strength and mind-body work to optimize your exercise benefits. Here are some examples of classes you will see: L1FT, M1ND, POUND® and POUND Unplugged.
