Exercise classes take place at the Town of Queensbury Activity Center, 742 Bay Road, Queensbury, NY.

ONE collaborates with the Town of Queensbury Parks & Recreation since 2017, to offer affordable group fitness classes at the Queensbury Activity Center (conveniently located near Lake George and Glens Falls).

Wellness programs are offered in-person at varied community locations that will be clearly defined with the announcement. We also offer virtual programs that can be accessed from anywhere. Past locations for wellness programs include Crandall Library and Glens Falls Hospital.

Hours

1nstuctors will be available on location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of class.
