LES MILLS GRIT Athletic is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sports conditioning workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This class combines powerful music and certified coaches who will motivate you to challenge yourself. Moves can be no-impact, low or high-impact. You choose! This workout has the option of a step for higher impact, if you wish.
